  My absolute favorite bank to go to in Galveston. Service comes with a smile. The workers really make sure you are taken care of without being intrusive.

  I absolutely love the bank as a whole, however the service at the Stewart Road location is beyond slow and VERY UNINVITING!

  Horrible customer service. 6 cars came and left before me. I had to call teller 3 times and ask to be helped. Come on guys, you can do better.
