  Maurice was very friendly did the evaluation in a safe manner and was fast good conversation. I wasn't sitting in there all quiet he talked to me and shared some laughs and I was on my way. I recommend working with him if you stop in!! :) He's awesome!

  The lady that helped me out not only had great customer service we had a wonderful conversation while she inputted my information on the computer! It was a breath of fresh air for once during these tough times! I was there 10/28/20 3pm jus dont have the card with her name but she was the only employee working and deserves to be recognized for her professionalism

  Went to get a title loan. Signed all paperwork, then he could not pay. No check and the debit card was bad. Then he had the nerve to act like it was my fault he could not honor the loan by paying. NEVER go to this location Maurice is rude and can NOT do his job.

  The employees are very nice, helpful and courteous, but they don't always remember to tell you all the info you might need to know. This is only the second time I have used them. So far so good I do not have experience with any other car title loan place to compare the two.

  I called about my vehicle because I have been incarcerated and became homeless since I took out the TITLE LOAN. Well today MR.SCOTT thought it was ok to laugh in my face at my problems. I asked to speak to someone higher and insisted on asking for the coporate number. He refused to give it to me and said he would call. No sir, I would like to call because there are three sides to every story. I told him "oh, you think this is funny?" He said excuse me and I replied simply with HAVE A BLEAS DAY AND I WILL FIND THE COPORATE NUMBER. IM CALLING BECAUSE ITS MY RESPONSIBILITY AND I WANT MY CAR NOT TO BE MADE A JOKE OF. LIFE IS HARD plus this pandemic that's causing the entire world to have financial problems
