  I went here for a Payday Loan and Megan was very professional!!! Her customer service is beyond greatness and she was very attentive in answering all of the questions I had!! She is so understanding and will definitely do her absolute best to get you what you an affordable payment schedule that will also allow you to make a living! I would definitely recommend this loan company for anyone in need!!

  Deliz and Megan go above and beyond for their customers. I have a title loan with Texas Car Title & payday loans, and have had some really bad days. I mean the worst days I’ve had in many years. These woman helped me to gain my understanding of what I needed to do to get my title back without losing my vehicle. They took the time to call me and remind me when payments were due, and sat down with me to figure out a payment plan that I could pay. I am so appreciative of these women for their hard work, empathy, forgiveness, and most importantly support. We need more people in the world like this. Thanks you guys!!! ~Alisha Pacheo~

  Megan provided amazing customer service. She went above and beyond for me and did not stereotype like I’ve seen at other loan pleases with family members. She took her time and gave important information. She was quite busy but didn’t miss a beat.

  I went in expecting the worse but left impressed with the quality of service I got. I worked with Megan and she was awesome. She educated me and did what she could to see what the best option for me would be. I will definitely be a repeat customer as long as Megan is there.

  As a business owner myself who understands customer service I was absolutely amazed by the amount of help i received today at this location. From a manager in training, the branch manager and the manager above her just all in all great people skills, friendly and last but not least went above and beyond to make sure i got help. If you come here regardless who you deal with i think you’ll have a great experience. Thanks again ladies and 1 gentleman lol.
