  Customer services was superb! I called about a loan and everything was explained it depth and in a positive manor.   Worst experience period. Employees not trained & fail to disclose proper information for loans. Total rip off. I've been told several different policies & still getting screwed out of all the money I've paid. Never again & I advice anyone to get all info upfront but even still not a good place to do business.

  I have been paying $274/month for the past 10 months on a $2,500 loan just to find out NONE of my money has been going towards paying off my title loan. Someone in their office (I'm assuming an employee) resigned my loan without my consent saying that I borrowed $100 more, which was the same day I came in with a cash payment! Why would anyone borrow money on the same day they are making a payment? Odd that it was the only payment out of all my payments that was made in cash that this happened. The only way I found out that they resigned my loan behind my back for more money than was actually borrowed was because I dug through the spambox of my email and found the loan document that I had never seen before. Shady!! How is this legal? For them to e-sign my loan whenever they want without my consent? I have my payments on time with the exception of one month out of the 10 months I have been paying on this loan, and I paid the late fee for it no problem. I can't get a straight answer on how much in total I owe to get my loan paid off and get my title back.

  If you want to work with a company that will take your car while talking with them then you have found the perfect place to lose your car. They are unwilling to work with their customers and will send the repossession order behind your back. If they wanted more money out of me they shouldn't have surprised me like that. Now they won't answer their phone which goes to show how messed up this company is.
