  Very personalized service for business banking -- which doesn't happen very often anymore! The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's nice to know you're likely to get a phone call if there is any unrecognized activity on your account.

  I own a small business and have been banking with a corporate bank for 7 years. I figured if I was using a bigger bank I would have a better opportunity for loans and credit lines. Never once did Capital One help us even with good credit. We decided to switch all accounts to Texas Brand and within two weeks they have already helped us on a small business loan.   Great hometown people who care about regular everyday poor working class and senior citizens. Not snooty "New York" big shots that could care less. They help and honesty care to assist us . is recommend them highly if you want to have a friend and real people help you, forgot that they are way more then 5 stars.   Very very difficult to work with as a small business. Lots of hidden fees and headaches caused by these guys.

  We're sorry our bank wasn't the perfect fit for you. Our fees are discussed at account opening and are clearly stated on our account disclosures and on our website. You can avoid the monthly fee on a small business account, for example, by maintaining a $2,500 minimum daily balance.
