      Was contacted by a rep to take info over the phone. Told I would receive a call back with the decision. Never received a call for 3 days so decided to call and inquire about status. The lady I spoke to didn't know who I was nor did her co-worker. Kept telling me it wasn't there location however all I did was push redial on the phone number she called me from prior. After being placed on hold, told I was denied for no established credit. Which is funny because I have a truck I have been making payments on since July 2016 but ok.
