  Don't know who the new lady is. What I do know is she is very rude. My mind went blank when she asked for my phone number. As she stated that was the only way she could look me up. Apparently she had to reverify all my personal info again. Today was not my 1st payment. Never had this issue before. Upon leaving thebdoor was locked. I turned to look at her. She had some little remote in her hand. She unlocked it and in a firm voice tells me to push it open. Yes I did tell her she never shouldve locked me in. Never doing business with them again. Matter of fact they came to me trying to get business. So lesson learned on my end. I can't handle rude people.

  I have a loan with this place until today. Went in to talk to them about my payment and both the clerk and the manager got extremely rude when they discovered I couldn't make a payment. Was not even willing to work with me . The manager started asking about my personal finance business. Told her it wasn't any of her business. She got really snotty. Told them to do what they had to do. Nobody stays long. Stay away from them.

  This loan company is a very cut throat business, backstabbing stressfull and dishonest. They have a very high turnover this company has become greedy and has forgot about their missision statement dignity and integrity, especially their leadership. I WOUNDNT recommend this business to no one, nor recommed for anyone to work there. BEWARE.

  I love Barbara she can be extremely honest and she is about business first but overall she does care amd is willing to work with people. I always suggest my friends to go to her...

  I thought the staff was actually very nice, but that might just be because I made my loan payments on time and showed them the same courtesy that I expected from them. I don't know, I could be wrong.

  I was short on cash and I needed the money now for an emergency and Samantha the manager took care of me asap if you need help with a loan this is the place to go and the people are real nice.

  Got treated very ugly buy one of the ladys working here. Would not recommend dealing with this place.
