Molly Oldach1I’ve had great experiences in the past when I went in person. Now that I live farther away I can not reach anyone by phone. I always get the robot and voicemail option. A person should be hired to solely answer customer calls. The number of times I called and reached nobody has been unbelievable. Very disappointed by this. And this is for all tendto locations. I will take this post down if and when this issue changes. YES. PLEASE CONTACT ME DIRECTLY. You should be able to look my name up and call.

Taylor Carrier2I usually have no problem with this bank, until today when I called 14 times with no answer. All the mailboxes are full. Two of the times I called, someone picked up and immediately hung up the phone before I could even say anything. I’m extremely frustrated that not even the customer service number will pick up. currently looking into new banks in the area.

Vicki Harris1I do not know what’s going on there…are they under new management and if so….horrible! I called twice now with no return phone call, tried to call a third and fourth time but both locations mail boxes are full. May be time to discontinue their services..very disappointing

5150warpig1cant get anyone to answer the phone. i live to far away to just go to the site so phone is the only option. leaving voicemail ia pointless as i cant have my phone while at work. so a dumb game of phone tag it is.

Taylor Warren1If I could rate lower, I would. Ever since day one, we have had the worst experience with this business. I’ve had a lot of terrible banking experiences, but nothing as bad as Tendto. Ever since the first day’s in-person experience up until recently through mailing, phone calls, and emails, the staff has been disrespectful, nearly useless, and factually incorrect. Calling this location has a VERY LOW chance of you getting a call back. Leaving a voicemail does almost nothing. They would not answer calls or respond to voicemails/emails for MONTHS. They would not accept our payments out of nowhere, would not answer as to why, and then charged us for not having been in contact soon enough. Due to scheduling and the risks with the pandemic, going in person has been nearly impossible. So, after months of calling and leaving voicemails from three different numbers alongside emails, we finally got in contact with Becky from the Erie location. I have never had a customer service representative be so incredibly rude and disrespectful. Her information was consistently incorrect with contact info, payment info, and more. She had hung up on us multiple times only to call back because she had failed to get the information she needed. I do not have names for the other staff members that had also been less than ideal, but even mailed information is mistyped along with false information. I am typically very understanding of having bad days/mistakes, but I’m astounded with how consistently terrible this company has been. We cannot wait to finish our current business with them, and we will never return. I highly advise you find another place to do your business with as well. Thanks for nothing, Tendto.

Devin Fabrizi1I've been trying to reach ANYONE at this bank for the last 2 weeks. Left voicemails, called the other branch on Pittsburgh ave and still nothing. I'd go myself but moved out of state. Never have I had such poor customer service. I'll be refinancing my car loan through another institution now. I'd give them negative star review if I could.

Doug1If you’re considering doing business with Tendto, I feel it is my obligation to discourage you from doing so. I’d had a previous negative experience with the credit union a year or two ago when it was first re-branded, but I was hoping the level of service had improved. I applied for the Black Wednesday loan deal and was advised in person on that Wednesday I would be offered a refinancing interest rate of 2.49%. I also spoke with an individual named Jeremy on the phone and he confirmed he was locking me in at the 2.49 percent rate. However, when I arrived on site to sign off on the loan Jeremy advised me I only qualified for a rate of 2.89%. The loan officer admitted that they had made a mistake, but refused to amend the situation. I declined the offer, as it was no longer a lucrative transaction for me. I wasted several hours of my time over the course of 3 weeks in pursuit of the refinancing terms we had agreed upon. Almost every interaction I’ve had with any employee of the credit union has been a negative experience, and I’ve visited more than one location. once again, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Zach Knight1110% agree with the first comment. They NEVER get back to your phone calls. I recently moved out of state and have been trying to call this place all week. I have left numerous messages on different days and they never returned any of them. Their service here has gone WAY down hill since they switched names. If they ever in life decide to return one of my calls, I will be cancelling my membership with them ASAP.

Lisa Schwab1I will be leaving Tendto, formerly Zurn, after being there for over 30 years. I deposited a paycheck, which I was told by Jen that there would not be any holds on my paycheck. They did hold it, I paid a large bill,, then they charged me a "no fund" fee even after they learned of the mistake. I had to clean up their mess with my debtor. Very, very bad service. Especially since I was told one thing and they did another.

Lynda Akerly5I go the credit union on West 21st Street. I always get great service there. Its great to walk in the door and they know me by name. They have taken care of every issue that comes up for me, Including fraudulent activity on my account!!!
