  I had a very positive experience with Templar Real Estate. The woman I spoke to knowledgeable and enjoyable to talk to. They came out to my house and I knew they were the people for me and this transaction. I tried to sell my house in Bloomfield and I was getting low ball offers for all these individuals. Templar was different and I knew they really cared about me and the troubles I was going through. I told them that I wanted to Sell for Cash but I did not want to get screwed over. This was a big deal for me and I did not want to get my house stolen from me. Templar gave me a fair offer and I was very pleased with their service, their communication and professionalism.   Thank you Templar Cash For Houses for helping me out. I searched for over 4 months throughout New Jersey for the perfect We Buy Houses company. I need a company that I can sell my house fast without hassles. I also wanted to sell my house as is. They were able to do both things and it was very easy. They were very flexible and professional. I needed to sell my house in Bloomfield NJ and after I called them they came the next day.
