  About 15 years ago I was working and met a lady who worked for Team one. I was in a very depressed state with credit card debt. I went to see her and they paid off all my credit cards, 1 payment per month. i have been there since. I have bought 5 cars through team one. Their interest rates are excellent. I have had several personal loans as well. I will always stay with team one. They are a great group of people.

  I have been with TOCU for almost 7 years. My first interaction was I took out an auto loan. Then another, and another. I have a couple loans here now and have paid some others off. I get great rates, excellent customer service and will continue with my loans here. It's not my regular financial institution, but that's due to my 17 years of dedication to a different bank. Also, theres over 800 miles from me to the nearest location since I moved. Ive had numerous accounts (loans) here and in 7 years I've still have yet to walk into any location! I highly recommend this credit union!!

  Completely low key and accessible. Counter help is professional and managers are straightforward about all aspects of loans. No hidden “you have to ask the right question, to get the right answer” situations. I like to be asked for ID so that is no problem. Love the ATMs that let you choose your own combination of bills.

  Don't put checks in the new ATM machine. It will take your check.and you cannot get a technician to come service the machine for almost 3 days..to try and get someone to call you or help you is impossible!

  I have been a member of Team One for 18+ years and have nothing but excellent service. I have had several loans over the years and the loan process has always been quick and easy. They are also a huge supporter their local communities and many charities and organizations.

  I closed my account because every time i went here the tellers were very rude. I had a large settlement i was going to deposit but i really don't care to be treated with disrespect by these young workers who have no respect or patience for someone with disabilities.

  Applied for a car loan online. Received a call from a loan officer within a couple of hours. Very quick response time and thrilled with how easy it was to process the loan, sign and have my new vehicle! I also got an unbeatable rate. Thank you!
