  First time home buyer here! Pedro's customer service was phenomenal. He and his team are attentive, knowledgeable, and diligent. I highly recommend them to everyone in the Chicagoland area. I met Pedro through my real estate agent when I came into this process with very little knowledge about buying a house, and with a lot of wrong ideas. Pedro walked me through the loan application, and was quick to run numbers with me. When it came to choosing a type of mortgage loan that was right for me, I saw him both as an educator and as an advisor. He is clearly knowledgeable about FHA and conventional loans, and was able to tell me a lot about down payment assistance programs. If you're looking for a lender that is responsive to calls/emails, attentive to your unique needs, and patient with first time buyers, then call Pedro at First Centennial. Oh, and he sends really cool emails on Fridays where you can learn about recent market trends. And the user interface for all of his online tools are really polished. This guy has it all!

  My experience with Pedro was excellent. He was always very prompt in returning emails and phone calls. To me those two things are the most important especially when dealing long distance. Always kept me updated on progress and next steps. Friendly and courteous and never felt he was rushing through anything.

  It was such a pleasure working with Pedro from the beginning to the end of our refinancing loan. Pedro explained how the loan works ,what's to be expected on our end and what they do on their end. He always kept us informed about our loan and the money market which had some good info. answered any questions we had. If we left msg's to him, he replied back asap.. Best of all we got a great loan rate and will be saving monthly. Thank you Pedro for all your help!
