  This team is fantastic! Everyone is very responsive and easy to work with. It has been over 20 years since I purchased a home and they made it very easy. Their knowledge is amazing!   As a first time home buyer, I really had no idea what to expect. Al and his team made the experience as easy as simply checking my emails and asking questions. I got prompt, accurate answers to all my questions. I never felt like I was being ignored or that I was getting anything less than excellent service. If/when I ever need to buy a house again, I will be coming back to Al and First Centennial.

  I don't know if it was the company or my loan officer Terry Majich, but I had a truly awful experience with this company. I gave Terry everything I needed for a pre approval when I first started looking, he gave me a ballpark number to stay around. When I found a home i was interested in I called him, no answer, I then text him and he said he'd call me later that day. Waited a week with no call. Decided to call Rocket Mortgage who took care of me the same day as my call and was much more personable. Sales is my job and I wouldn't wish at least Terry Majich my loan officer on my worst enemy, can't speak for the company as a whole.

  Our mortgage representative was wonderful but the back room staff (underwriters I think)have less common sense and reasoning skills than a box of rocks. Refi to lower my mortgage rate took more than a month. My third time using this company. If you have a credit score like mine (over 810) and the patience of Job this is the place for you. Need it quicker (maybe cheaper) get on the rocket.
