  The process of financing for purchases a house has dramatically changed since the last time we purchased a home 1o year ago. It can be frustrating at times but Matt, Scott and the whole team at CrossCountry made the processes as painless as possible and got us the best rates.   I am so very pleased with Christine and the team who made every single part of my FHA Refi smooth and effortless. Closing in less than 25 days during the holiday season. Docs were requested of me and submitted to underwriting within a couple of weeks and because Christine and Loni knew it was better to be over prepared than under prepared we received a conditional approval the very next day after submission. Christine was super patient (I had so many questions 😁) she was clear, concise, and knowledgeable of the business having over 20 years of experience. I honestly feel confident working with anyone at the Naperville office and will refer them to anyone who is looking. Great job, Matt!
