  I have been a member of the credit union for close to 20 years and have mixed reviews and would rate it a 2.5 as opposed to 3 stars. First the ATM located at the drive thru is always out of service and the one located inside is not much better. There were times when both were out and I was forced to use a non Teachers ATM and pay the fees when I absolutely never do that. The ATM on the outside smells horrible too. The service is nothing to write home about and I avoid going in to do banking at all costs. The sad part of this all is 10 and 20 years ago the service was amazing. You felt good walking in where you were greeted and where you were a priority. Now you will faces long lines and uncaring people who look like they either hate their job or you. Ironically, I noticed as the upgraded the building everything else downgraded.

  Horrible bank. I was charged $100 @ the gas station for a $40 charge. I disputed it and was given the monet back and they turned around and took it right back from my account. My income tax check was also stolen. With all the evidence clearly showing that it wasn't me that cashed it , they REFUSED to give me the money. I will surely be withdrawing my funds from this awful institution

  Was racially profiled and wasn’t allowed to withdraw cash without verbally confirming my physical home address and providing my phone # after presenting my driving license and stating that personal information on the account remains the same. The employees tried to intimidate and surround me, when I questioned them what was the reason for so many questions and harassment. And ever time when I would make a withdrawal or deposit always wanting to take a photo copy of my driver license. I closed my account after being a member since 2005.

  Interest rates are decent but they have SO many issues with their atms that it's almost not worth it.

  The staff that they have working are very rude and disrespectful. They need customer service training they work with the public not welcoming at all and very nasty attitudes from the clerks for no reason at all not sure if it’s a Racial thing or not but I hate going to this bank.

  Have had an account here since I was little and in all those twenty years I have never had a bad experience, the staff is extremely helpful and have offered excellent service. Honestly can't recommend them enough and I will likely have my account here for the rest of my days.

  Gotta be the worse bank ever. Customer service lacks and just plain slow. No rush to help or assist the customer. Take your business somewhere else

  Quick, friendly tellers and very helpful with other banking needs. So much better than the bank I used to deal with!
