  Bank is excellent. The only problem is the ATM seems to take forever to read the card chip. After like what seems like a minute, I take the card out, reinsert it, and it works right away asking for my pin. Maybe try to adjust them to make them quicker.

  Literally the worst bank ever & I been with them for almost 8 years I got scammed back in May 450$ tried to dispute it with my bank because that’s what banks are for when you get scammed they are suppose to protect you & get your money back NOPE not Teachers they told me it will take over 200 days & it’s still a chance I will not get my money back I cannot wait to close my account with them so unhappy with them now also I deposited money into my checking account hours ago & the deposit is still pending like how ???? Anyways I won’t be banking with them anymore

  Worse experience ever I when to the atm machine. And it didnt took my money I ask one of the girls who was coming out she was very nice and help me with my question. But the manager was all nasty...as a manager her attitude was horrible. I would never recommend it. So disappointed. Better fix ur attitude I understand at the end of the day u are tired dealing with people as everyone else who works there but listen don't take in on other people who is nicely just asking a simple question.just bc I was spoken Spanish with the other girl who was very nice doesn't mean I didn't speak English. Yes I do speak both languages let's make it clear...

  Everything to do at the branch or phone is awesome, deposits through the app needs work.

  Good customer service, however: I'm very unhappy that their debit cards are currently (mid-year 2016) still not offered with "chips", only magnetic strips. Early this year, one of my TFCU debit cards was cloned, and I had to deal with notifying several accounts that I had linked to this card. Cloning is a well known risk associated with using magnetic strip cards, and that is why every other card issuer that I use has switched over to chips. What is TFCU waiting for? Armed insurrection by their disgruntled customers?! 2018: we finally received our chip cards yay!!

  21 years old, walked in for their holiday promo rate late of 5.5% on a $1k loan extremely helpful and courteous the woman who helped me name was Bernadine, very sweet knowledgeable things went very fast and very smooth. I was in, then out. Recommend TFCU to anyone, especially the North Babylon, NY branch.

  Hours are horrible, the online banking rarely ever works, no online bill pay unless you have a bank account with them, they charge you $20+ to pay a bill over the phone. Worst banking.

  The staff is so very friendly and courteous. I have all my accounts here and I don't think I'll ever leave them to go someplace else. Their rates are incredible!

  Great customer service. Had a problem years back that TFCU helped me with while Chase bank igorned my problem.

  Tellers pretend not to see you waiting when you are the only one in line. They are also rude.
