      No one ever picks up the phone, they give you another # to call and you get stuck listening to 20 minutes about 50% off car repairs and prizes you’re eligible for, email from website with zero response for over a week now, great idea having a chase business account with absolutely no customer service whatsoever!!!! Thanks for nothing

      They only have one person working at the desks, and I have no choice but to wait. So thankful that Chase is not my home bank for checking, just my mortgage. Horrible service.

      Not a good branch to go to! Was told by some girl who was in her early 20s that we couldn't deposit a check in our business account and said that we had to have a personal account just to deposit a check from another bank!
