  Elle Lash and Tea Lane are excellent and professional real estate agents who have helped us both buy and sell our home on Martha's Vineyard. All of the publicity and communication from Elle and Tea Lane was timely, professionally presented, and helpful. Elle answered all of our questions, communicated with the sellers/buyers on our behalf, and advised on any difficulties which arose delicately and effectively. We would highly recommend Elle and Tea Lane for their professionalism and thorough knowledge of the island market.

  We have known and worked with Elle Lash from Tea Lane Associates for over a year now and believe she's the best realtor on Martha's Vineyard. I have been involved in the real estate business for over forty years, both personally and professionally, and have been a licensed broker in Connecticut since the late 1990's. My experience has taught me that all real estate is local, and that trusting local knowledge and expertise often goes a long way in helping people reach their real estate goals. Regardless of whether it's on the residential side or commercial side, local knowledge, premium people skills, and organizational infrastructure are what matters most I my opinion. Elle has all the necessary skills to get the job done and has excelled at providing "objective market perspective" at a time when others are less grounded in their approach. Elle is detail-oriented and let's the data tell her how to approach her marketing efforts, whereas our experience has shown that others on the Island have been haphazard at times and considerably less attentive to market specifics. Therefore, her approach is market-based with an eye towards details and quality controls, and communicates very effectively with all parties in a transaction, whether it be local trades people, local government officials, attorneys, and others. She's been an absolute joy to work with and sold our home in a timely fashion. Elle's listening skills are one of her key strengths, and she had to filter through thoughts and ideas coming from both my wife and I, which is always a balancing game, hearing both sides, and trying to find balance in the process. That's not an easy task, by the way. My wife and I would highly recommend Elle and the Tea Lane Associates team to prospective buyers and sellers of Island real estate. We made a great choice! Don

  It's tough to find a house on MV, but I knew if anyone could find us our dream home it was Elle Lash. She exemplified everything good in a broker: responsive, proactive, knowledgeable, incredibly decent, dogged, fair. Those qualities made a stressful process as painless as possible. We felt so fortunate having her on our side, and consider it one of those great strokes of good fortune. She also introduced us to wonderful tradespeople and resources once we moved in to our wonderful new home, making a good experience even better.

  We worked with Tea Lane on our home purchase, and on rentals in the summer season. Both were fantastic experiences. The realtors at Tea Lane are professional, ethical and so knowledgeable, and they really go above and beyond to make the client experience great. I would not hesitate to rent or buy through Tea Lane, or to work with them on renting your property. I didn’t think that renting our property to summer visitors could be fun, but Tea Lane connected us with such great tenants and took such great care of them and us! ps I can’ imagine what would make someone give them 1 Star, but since he didn’t say, I’d ignore it- 5 stars to Tea Lane!
