  I've been with them8 years and it's only gotten worse. And most of their employees thar were actually the best have been moved or are no longer there. My husband and I always use the night deposit bc we get checks ay the end of the day. And it's been more than 3 times already that they don't do them resulting in us having to go up there or waiting till Monday to get it situated. It's just ridiculous

  Can't say the person at the entrance was nothing but rude. Did not greet and with the situation we are in the world. She does not care to clean or sanatize the check in tablet. As for the teller Melanie, she did a good job but same, she did not greet me and she did not want to engage in conversation. I know I came in at the last minute but came for a 4 hour drive and I was hoping for a little empathy. Thats why I give 5 stars. Very good job from the bank, very helpful and closer to the area I live in. By the valley.

  I love the Freeport location. When you walk in, you are greeted with a smile and cheery “good morning “. I have gotten to know many of the tellers and really get excited to get help at their window.

  Absolute worse customer service I have EVER experienced. I have no idea how they stay in business. I have had an account with a credit union that merged with them for over 30 years but I will be closing my accounts and encouraging others to do so as well as soon as they locate money missing from my account!

  This is the best branch! Friendly courteous employees and never a long wait. I'm usually in and out in the time of one country song! Parking is limited, but I've never seen the lot full.

  I haven’t had a problem here! Staff and management are very nice and helpful! Because of it I always come to this one. The Brazoria and Lake Jackson branches are ok, but this branch has helped me when I most need it! Thank you!

  There is only 1 teller inside helping people bless her heart. While the man in the drive thru has no one yet he is on facebook instead of helping her with the line. I took pictures to show the manager and Laura the manager condoned it. I was so amazed I wonder if they get paid to be on Facebook then I need this job
