  Terry is AMAZING! I was in a really tough spot and there wasn't a moment where she didn't have my best interest as a priority. Even at odd hours she was able to contact me if I had any questions whatsoever. I was able to secure a loan through Terry and Funding Solutions that helped me grow my company from that point on. A true life saver! If I knew about Terry and Funding Solutions earlier it would've been that much easier. You live and learn. Still today, Terry is always in contact with me to make sure everything is going well with my company. She is amazing and I consider her a friend

  TD Funding Solutions is amazing. Terry knows her craft very well and can literally help any business with funding help. She knows what companies to use that are in her clients best interest. She really puts you first and I felt confident with her process and all the knowledge that she gave me educating me in what was available and the best direction to take.   TD Funding solutions worked diligently and fast from the beginning securing my young company funding within 4 days. They continued to work securing additional funding which kept my company afloat as we expanded into new markets. LisaKay has been outstanding. She truly cares about her clients, often working late in the evenings to make sure everything is getting done and the funding round closed. She is also very kind and an absolute joy to work with.   I referred a client that we were unable to assist to Terry at TD Funding Solutions. The client needed some "hand holding" to get through the process, but Terry was able to get them more than they originally requested. This property owner provides workforce housing and needed to make repairs to the property after a fire last year. Thanks to TD Funding Solutions, the client can make the needed repairs and can reopen these units. Great job Terry and TD Funding Solutions!

  Nick, we take great pride in our work and our clients. You did not sign a consulting agreement, nor did we collect any fee from you. You signed a fee agreement hiring TD Funding Solutions to find a lender to fund your project. After multiple hours of working your project needs, we obtained a lender approval (term sheet), which you agreed on, then to backed out and were never charged for hours worked. We performed as our agreement reads.

  Be careful. Two of the “lenders” that they fixed us up with are the worst experience one could imagine. Do not use Kalamata or Spartan or Advantage.!!!!! Their tactics are illegal, they will ruin your business.
