      Had a couple of nasty experiences. sharing a couple - left my debit card at customer service, went there after around 4 hours and requested the reception to call the lady whom i met with and check if my card was there, reception said i have sent a msg and anyway if you left i back they would have called you - i drive back and on the way get a call to come back. - i am charged a outsiders check into my account along with an OD charge of $ 35 by error, they reverse the check but not the OD fee. I went over there, first words were "sorry we cannot reverse the charges", i asked if i need to pay for your clerical mistake, finally sanity prevailed - i asked for an email with an apology, they refused but on insisting they said they will just give me a note to come and collect it - i said you can mail it to me - lets wait and see. However they seem friendly but not smart in handling certain issues. May be hard workers and not smart workers or i keep getting the bad apples

      I wish I could give 0 stars. I agree with someone else who posted a review saying the clerks are useless because they 100% are. Nothing is ever easy or simple when I go there, even just to make a simple deposit. I’ve only had this bank for three months and every single blessed time I go in there, I face a major problem that the clerks have made a mistake on and I have to go back in and fix it. PLEASE do not go to this branch, it’s as good as nothing.

      As I was going to cancel with td over the phone, I decided to go in person and speak with the teller about an over draft. My spouse had the same issue and worker was very rude over the phone. In this case Dawn was very polite and was able to help with my issue. I decided not to cancel as for my spouse I am convincing him not to cancel. 5 stars for dawn keep up the good work

      Starting to go downhill. They don't open on time and are always posting new hours. They are not America's most convenient bank anymore. The lobby area where the ATM machine is located is really dirty and unwelcoming. I don't want to change banks but maybe new management is the answer. It is Sunday at 11:10 still sitting at the drive through waiting for them to open. They are supposed open at 11. I got to the drive thru at 12:52 on Saturday 8 minutes before closing and cones were up saying they were closed. It's like they don't want anyone to come.

      If I could only have the option of 0 starts! I do not recommend this bank to anybody and anybody who has this bank I do advise maybe you should close your account! I set up a payment plan with a doctors office and it was scheduled to be taken out last month and they did not take it out until an opposite day I did not agree upon! So I called the bank and have them refund the money because of this situation but their fraud department says that it is OK because it was originally okayed for last month even though it was not agreed-upon this month! So now we’re being So now are being hit with overdraft fees!!! We even overdrafted once and put the money right back in the account within 5 mins and they still hit with a fee! They said they do not give you anytime to replace money so once over drafted that’s it! Also all the other banks in New Jersey I have seen hold off on all fee’s cause of the covid 19 not this bank! I do not recommend this bank at all!!!! I’m disgusted and regret ever coming to this bank!

      Now i see why its 3 stars. Isnt this a bank? Just there and told by some useless clerk " ohh i cant give you change of 100 cuz i cant find your business account"..its only a $10 mil account...way to help the customer lady..are you not a bank? Is my money no good? A lousy 100 singles..sorry you might have actually had to get up...useless.

      I've been w/ TD for about 12 years...always great service. I recently moved across the state, & the closest TD is about 20 mins away...however...it is always a pleasure to make the trip, as Carmen is amazing! Always a smile, always more than helpful, he is an absolute delight of a human being & quite the asset to TD Bank!!

      The TD Bank at Franklin has THE WORST customer service I have ever had to deal with in my life! They give you an attitude and don't let you speak and refuse to hand you over to speak with a manager! I closed my account because when I showed up to the teller the guy didn't want to let me withdrawal my money from him there..it was an inconvenience for him because he told me that's why the ATM is for. I told him I had my kids in the car and since It is not a drive thru ATM that's why I'm using the teller. After all that's why they're there. He made a rude gesture and said "I'm just saying, I mean people leave there kids in the car all the time". That was just one incident. Another was when my ATM card became worn I needed a new one. It was supposed to be coming in the mail but a week went by and nothing. Both times I stopped at the bank for them to print me a new debit card the machine wasn't working. Thy did nothing to accommodate me of the inconvenience. I closed my account I had a zero balance and one of my checks from my husbands job deposited into the account somehow. The bank is supposed to send it back to his job. So I called to speak with a manager regarding it and the customer service rep refused to let me speak with a manager and insisted I talk to him. So I briefly explained the issue and he interrupted me and claimed I had a withdrawal come out for my car but if you check from my account that payment did not go through to TD BANK! I had nothing come out from TD once I closedy account. The guy laughed at me on the phone told me he will not be letting me speak with a manager with my tone (WHO WOULDNT BE UPSET ABOUT THIS) and told me to call the 800 number because they won't be helping me there!
