      Manager She was soo rude. I was waiting for my turn to be called more than 45 minutes. When she forced me to leave because it time to close. Branch Managet should be replaced. Worst ever they cannot change.Refuse to pay me my Money.

      I love TD Bank better then Wells Fargo hands down! I wanted to transfer all my accounts to TD Bank but my wife would do it because when we travel out of our state especially when visit southern state their no TD Banks there!!!

      Would never use this branch, came to make a withdrawal and was questioned over and over about previous transactions on my account, why I don’t have a debit card, why I don’t have a NJ ID, never had this issue before and I don’t plan on ever returning to this branch.

      I was just there the woman who attended me gave me very bad service, she was very rude and even though there was no one, she told me wait and then she tells me come and she wanted me to do everything quickly with a bad character. Worst service

      Just sent a letter to BBB and filed a formal complaint about how both my daughter and I were poorly treated by two employees Juan and Sean. Both individuals were reluctant to escalate the issue to the fraud dept. and even upon our request to contact the fraud dept they both continued to belittle us and accuse us as if we were the criminals. When they finally contacted the fraud dept. they realized that the procedure must start with an investigation not with pointing fingers and saying that we could no longer back there. We no longer wish to bank there, not when the people they hire at this particular bank have no understanding on how to escalate or resolve a situation in a professional manner. These employees are clueless, rude, judgemental and on some kind of power trip.

      2019 update- Its super slow service & most of the times atm don't work I have $5000 on a savings account and I notice in getting charge fee. I have $300 on bank of america and I haven't been charged any fee. Same thing with chase I have $400 & no fee. So why is it tht td charging me fee when i have more $$ here. To use zelle I must open a check accounts. The other banks don't give me that trouble Atm ate my girls deb card & took her money. We walk inside pass an hour and still standing where we first started by the door. That's how slow they are. Old reviewBest costumer service. The workers actually take time to solve the problem and explain what's wrong.

      Corvid or not there’s no reason why tellers should be taking 20 minutes per car. This is ridiculous. We know they are not busy with customers inside because the inside is closed. So what’s the issue? Never coming back here again!

      Poor customer service. Unclean. Unhelpful. Very disappointed and won’t be coming here again. Everyone seems miserable to work there and don’t even try to help you. They will lie to your face to avoid doing work.

      The worst experience ever! There were a lot of people waiting and the personnel in the bank was not enough (only four pleople for about thirty persons waiting) I had to speak with a bank specialist and I had to wait one hour and half to be attended, that ridiculous!!!!
