  I had an amazing experience opening my business accounts. They were very responsive over emails and they set it up to accurately represent my business structure (my CPA is happy). Can’t beat no minimum balance requirements and no monthly service charge and got some checks to get started. Will definitely recommend these folks and particular this Clifton branch as another one I am closer to told me they would not take new customers because of the current covid-19 situation.

  Waited for 30 minutes for someone to help me. Once I tried opening my account after 20 min of asking for my info the lady told me that I can’t open the account because my ID was out of state. However I gave her proof of address that I lived only 25 minutes away.

  This branch is just awful, I should not have to wait 30 minutes to do a drive through deposit. Not just one instance. Every time I come here I am waiting for 30 minutes to make a simple transaction.

  Horrible bank wenr with all my ingormation waited about 30 mins gave all my infonhad the check book and card she tells me she cant open an acxount? Wastebof time good thing td was next door got one there

  Very bad customer service. Tried to call many times no answer. They closed my accounts without previous notice, they don’t buzzer to give a call or send an email. Worsen banking experience ever.

  I've been using Lakeland for over 5 years never had an issue. the staff is always polite great service
