      Jake from the Holmdel branch continues to be friendly and extremely helpful in all my banking needs. He has extended his professionalism by offering his time to teach me how to use the bank app to deposit a check and how to deposit checks and cash and other features of the ATM machine. He stated he enjoys me coming to the bank but in the event the bank was closed or I couldn't get there, this was another option. Thanks for being so thoughtful!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

      Terrible customer service from the bank and specifically this branch. Had to call multiple times to get someone on the phone to tell me they can't help me. So bank hours are short (I'm still working so I can't just get to the bank when it's convenient for them) I use their mobile deposit feature to see my check being HELD and I'm told it will clear on TUESDAY when it was a PAYROLL CHECK deposited on FRIDAY around 3pm. So great that during these horrible times I can't even receive my pay check to pay my bills! What a joke.
