  I am editing this review because TD has proven themselves in consideration to my circumstances. I needed to close-out my TD CD account and have the funds transferred to my main TD checking account. Unfortunately, due to difficulty, I cannot travel to a TD branch in order to meet with a representative and perform the needed process. However, TD was able to resolve EVERYTHING. They emailed me to ensure we would not miss each other's calls, ensured to provide some details on the actions they will take on my behalf, and even went beyond and traveled to me in order to take care of requirements. This really pleases me. I've been a TD bank member for a very long time and I have always been happy with TD, and I certainly will not leave them. However, the pandemic (darn you COVID!!) has really made it difficult for everyone and I must admit I didn't take that into consideration when I initially wrote my concerns. This experience has taught me to be a little more patient because TD will definitely commit and take care of its customers. Melanie at TD (in Plantation) is a really busy person and I commend her for keeping her cool when dealing with my impatience. After all the dust settles my opinion is that TD is the best bank around! Thank you TD!

  This bank is absolutely horrible! They never answer their phone! The manager is extremely dismissive. It takes a very long time to speak with a banker! The window tellers are awesome, if the manager is not over their shoulders barking at the customers!!! I hate this bank I much rather drive the distance to another Td bank for proper service👎👎

  Very disappointed with TD Bank. They have my Monday and are forcing me to go to the branch in order to close the account. The customer service online said I did not provided my correct name. I provided my name and the way I have it on my ID and nothing. I am not sure what name she was referring to. Heat it.

  How can a clerk misinform you about the status of your bank account :O ? I would avoid this branch to be honest next time and save 2 hours of my life. They set another appointment and asked me to return another day which I happily Did Not. Went to another branch did my banking in 5 minutes, the first time.

  Went into the branch today and waited for some time but I have to say I was most pleased with the excellent service I got. The lady that helped me at her desk was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. I have never had any complaints with TD Bank not this branch or any other for that matter. Atmosphere is nice, workers are pleasant and professional, blessings to you all 🙏

  Great place to be, the tellers and customer service are always on point on this location and the management is always present when needed. These guys really work their butts off and it really shows in their energy! The customers don't really know how much traffic they receive on the daily but they should know that even though the line may be slow, it's because the tellers/customer service reps are really taking their time with each customer to provide services that are in the best interest of the customer-bank relationship. It's like waiting for a roller coaster ride; the line may be long, but your waiting for a great time, and these guys always deliver

  Looking at the previous reviews I was wary of coming to this location, however I had a great experience here. The staff is friendly and are taking great precautions to keep everyone safe in the building. Went there to get a few notary stamps and didn’t wait long and everyone was friendly including security. Thanks for the fast efficient service.

  WASTE OF TIME!!! I go to this bank Weekly because it’s the closest to my house. Whenever I go I have to make sure to expect to wait for at least 20 to 25 minutes, even when doing the simplest of things like changing money into smaller bills. The staff is terrible, I guess because they don’t make that much money they don’t really care how slow they move. You might as well take the drive and go to another branch. TD Bank America’s Slowest Bank!!!

  The staff was friendly and the service was fast. The bank was clean and everything was taken care of and explained in detail. A+ Janet,the lady who helped us was very friendly and offered more services that they offer. Will continue banking with them. Thanks!

  Worst bank ever. Always wasting your time. I don't understand how a manager know how busy the bank could get but still have two people working when you know you'll have 10 -15 customer waiting in line. Seen multiple people walk out cause they line not moving. Been seating inside the bank now for about 40 minutes and still having get help yet. Just cause of this issue I'm closing all my TD account. TD You can't be wasting customer times like that hire more people or schedule your employees right so you don't want customer times. Front counter and drive-thru you guys are the best..
