  Very professional and wonderful service. The only issue I have ever had with them is the hours are not always consistent but I believe this may be related to staffing and the pandemic so that is very understandable. Otherwise very happy with this branch and service is top rate!

  People here are usually nice. But today the lady here made me wait 30 minutes while she was helping other customers. I understand that she was the only one working and busy, but I would have appreciated her if she told me that she was making me wait after others. Anyway, had a terrible experience today, but my comment is not against anyone working here, just hoping an improvement can be made.

  Mrs. Linda Is an amazing Representative. She assisted with me with confirming that my bank account is opened as well as tailoring it to my specific needs and changing my account type to an account more suitable for me. She’s Very pleasant and Listens to you. This Branch will make you feel completely at home & it’s convenient Especially on a Saturday when you need to make a quick run. The ladies here are super helpful, knowledgable and informative. Thank you all.

  Honestly this is the best td bank I've ever been to. They have the best customer service. I don't think I'll ever find a td bank with the same level of quality.

  I do not do business with this bank, but I can speak on the associates employed here. After my vehicle broke down halfway to a destination, I parked it at this location. Within minutes, management and employees noticed I was struggling with repairing the vehicle. They attempted to jump start the battery, Google the nearest places for repair, offer drinks and coffee, and even a place to crash for the night, if needed. Even if they did not offer any of these things to me, I wouldn't have cared. I'm not a customer of the bank, so I wouldn't really expect anything otherwise. The fact that they were willing to offer these acts speaks on the behalf of their personality. If they were willing to offer these services for me, I can imagine that they are willing to provide the best service for their customer. I am grateful for every person that attempted to help. Thank you

  TD Bank is very fortunate to have a stellar employee- Linda M. is super wonderful! She helped me open an account and was so helpful explaining my options, etc....Thank-you for being so kind and helpful!!!!
