  Very nice tellers. Friendly and helpful. But bank has a terrible overdraft policy and I removed both my accounts reluctantly as I liked the tellers. But when they kept piling on charges for even small overdrafts without notifying me, I had to quit them. Once 1 overdraft happens and a few more checks roll in, it becomes a very large overdraft mess, even though I had plenty in another account. Seldom do I have a problem, but if I do I want to be notified. My new bank will as they are a smaller local bank and care about their customers. Obviously not TD big management.

  I just switched to TD Bank and it was my first time making a cash deposit. The teller's name was Jean, I believe. She was extremely helpful with showing me how to use the coin machine. She was very nice, welcoming, and engaging. Great first time experience with TD Bank!

  what a terrible selection of hours 930-1 and no weekends!!! What normal person can make these hours let alone the "essential workers" like myself. I get there are worried about the dieases but only like 3 people work there and it always empty. Will be looking for a new bank since this one doesn't care about being available. Used be such a good bank how sad

  "Made me feel like a criminal" I went to TD Bank on blossom street yesterday, that was the 1st time I ever been to that location to deposit a refund check. The 1st young lady was very friendly and nice the second older woman was very short and a bit rude its not what you say its how you say it and how you approach customers

  Everyone but I believe jean(?) has terrible customer service. The parking is ridiculous and the monthly charge just to bank with them is ridiculous. 5 dollars a month for what? Terrible service and few atms. No thanks.

  Tenesha Ruffin is amazing, always greets me with a kind smile and remembers my name! Shes so pleasant, asset to the bank in customer relations...makes your day perfect!
