      Horrible customer service...stay away!!! I have now run into two issues recently and the 800 customer service representatives do not understand the concept of customer service. I followed with with requests for assistance from the branch officers. They were pleasant but the information they provided to me was inaccurate. I'm going to be closing all of my accounts with TD Bank and moving to a bank that appreciates their customers.

      Very rude customer service and a lot of hidden fees, (Charges $35+$35+$35+35+$35 + maintenance fee $15) they can charge you whatever amount they want without any reason. Looking for other options so I can switch my checking and business accounts.

      Don't let those greeting smiles fool you. After being the recipient of those smiles from the same bank manager, she refused to cash a check from my own TD bank checking account because my license was expired. She knew me and I even had a TD bank card. My credit rating is close to 800. After several months, she suddenly she could not identify me.

      Some nice people but they can't get the job done. Waited an hour to see the bank specialist as the tellers can only take money. Opening an account or anything having to do with the account takes forever. Tellers are nice.

      I’ve always found everyone who works there always courteous, pleasant and helpful. Bee dealing with this bank for 17 years. Never had an issue.
