      This branch said that they could not give me access to my own account and money because of some technicality that they could not fix and were unable to work with me on, even though I was clearly the account owner. I drove to the Rhode Island location and they were able to help me immediately, even commenting that they weren’t sure why the other branch was being difficult. I frequently have issues going to this branch - I would recommend visiting another one nearby instead.

      Wow! Best banking experience I have ever had. Way better than the competitors up the block. I wish they were on the West Coast so I can keep banking with them. Easy and friendly! Highly recommend!

      The worst customer service I have ever encountered. The branch manager was unwilling to help me with my questions regarding my account, was extremely rude and acted like I was bothering him. If that’s how TD Bank wants to represent their brand, I’m banking elsewhere. I then proceeded to call another branch manager who helped me, was kind and went above and beyond the call of duty. So maybe just stay away from this particular branch.

      The manager was terrible! I went in to open an account and she was obviously being rude to me and her employees. I feel bad that they have to deal with her regularly!
