  Customer service aspect is great. Michael was very helpful, however, the services offered by TD are not as good as other banks in the area. Had to close out my account because I couldn't access online or mobile. Didn't want to have to go to branch every time to check balances, make deposits, etc.

  Not the best bank to deal with with fewer options other banks offer. Tried to use the direct deposit for our employees to no avail. Closed the account because it made no sense to keep it.

  I’ve always come across probably particularly with this branch with all occasions except maybe twice. Lobby tellers are always rude especially when you ask questions they give you the most rude responses like I’m not worth their time. Drive through messed up whole update phone number into my account which put a pause onto my account for over a week. It became the most difficult and not convenient bank to bank with. I usually go to the one on u.s 1 and 12th st. But since I’ve move out west Of Vero and this branch was closer I would go to this one. But not I would rather drive across town just to be treated with respect and with friendly service. Thanks but no thanks 20th st branch I will never go back to this branch or retrain your employee with common curtesy to your customers.

  Giving this bank a one star review, because they don’t offer options to American people who want to exercise their rights to not wear a mask. No option to sign up on line and have a joint account, will definitely be using a credit union!!

  The customer service within this branch is absolutely remarkable. Friendly, helpful and kind. Coming from MA. I have a high tolerance for people but after I visited the other nearby branch on US-1 a couple of weeks ago I decided to try this other one. Very glad I did.

  Customer service at the bank is good, the mobile online banking offers minimal options compared to the computer online banking. TD Bank you should do better.
