I always get great service from this branch and all branches in general. It’s a great bank with very nice employees. This is the best bank I have ever dealt with.

The ATM swallowed my checks and debit card but a new debit card was issued on the spot and after a week I received a letter containing denial of the deposit . I did get in touch with the branch and Amy was supposed to get back to me and didn’t return my call . Is basically fraud , when they repaired the ATM , they probably collected the checks and the Debit card. I am going to follow up on that but this branch , I believe not interested to solving their customer problems which was caused by their ATM . Very disappointed and definitely after solving the problem couple of accounts are going to be closed since their customer service next to nothing.

In all my interactions with the cashiers and with the assistant managers, they've been kind and patient and helpful, no matter how long it took to do what I was attempting to do. I've never had a poor interaction with anyone in the bank, so always feel positive when going in for some transaction. And I LOVE the old style of the building. Just a nice place and nice people.

This issue worst TD branch I have ever been to. First off the staff is incredibly rude. They will roll their eyes behind the counter and hang up on phone calls without answering the question. Additionally you can expect to wait 20-30 minutes for the atm because it is in the same lane as the drive through service. Cars leave consistently instead of waiting. This is a disappointment compared to some of the other local branches (Foxboro) that have offered adequate banking.

I used to like TDBank alot compare to other famous banks, but since last year my thought towards it has turned upside down. Especially The Wrentham branch, tellers there have no service mind. They hired new faces with attitude not friendly at all,the young pretty one is the rudest one,she never smiled nor greeted customers.I,d rather drive to foxboro branch to do bank errands. The staffs there are so professional, you will get greetings from them since you step in.

Ashley and Stephanie at this branch are lying and deceiving. They lied about multiple aspect of the account I was opening as and a result my husbands company received a lawsuit for breach of contract. I opened an account with a check for $2500 from my husbands business. I specifically asked if I would be able to use the overdraft coverage as I waited for the check to clear. They assured my it would be fine. I was assured I could take up to $700 out as soon as we were done. That was a lie. They couldn't tell me why it wasn't working, I was told just to wait a little longer. That night it also didn't work. Also Sat morning it didn't work. A local branch told me my card was never activated. Mon morning I was still not able to access any of the money. My husbands customer is livid that he cant start his job today. I realize things take time and every bank is different, but I asked specific questions to avoid this. This branch also then tried to place blame on my local branch which suggested the Wrentham branch could contact the checks bank and have a manager release the money. But the Wrentham office claimed to try, but the "back office" wouldn't even release a small portion of the money so my husband could start his job. Ashley then told me her hands were tied and she hung up on me. When I called back, she hung up again and refused to talk to me. Worst business practices: lying, and hanging up on customers.

Visited this location to make a deposit and was shocked at how rude the staff was behind the desk before I was even able to make my deposit. So I walked out. Just terrible.

Worst bank ever I have never had to wait so long for my money you deposit a check drawn out of their bank and it takes a couple days to clear that’s not logical they freeze your card without notice absolutely insane have no idea why I opened another account with them regretting it yet again
