  Steve Mix + team are great! I have done many RE transactions with many banks. No one can even come close to the service, responsiveness, attention to detail and prompt follow up from Steve.   Our loan officer David R. was super fast to respond or call back throughout the loan application and closing process. He went the extra mile to coach and advise us, which was very helpful as first-time home buyers in a crazy market. Fairway’s communication and web-based tools are user-friendly. It’s hard to be happy/satisfied when you’re spending all of your money, but David and the rest of the Fairway team fully deserve top marks. After our experience, I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone in the market for a mortgage.

  Mike and team were excellent... again. We’ve worked together three times now. I appreciate Team Dunsky so much because I made the mistake of trying another less capable lender for our recent refinance. Mike’s group saved the day. They take calls, respond to emails and keep their word. We closed in no time. Great work!

  I can only provide feedback when refinancing with Fairway.We refinanced with Kevin twice and never had issues or trouble with Fairway. Kevin and the staffs are extremely professional and helpful. They will guide you the refinancing process step by step. If you are unsure of the process, they will make sure you understand the process. Not pushy like other financial institutions. Overall a great experience.
