It's incredibly disorganized and under staffed. Walked in for a replacement card. No one addressed me...I had to call someone over to try to figure out where who will be able to assist me. It's as simple as having someone do a 3 second greeting to every guest so we have an idea of what the current program is. Usually you sit in the waiting area and someone helps...no longer the case. Note to self... don't assume traditional service.

The manager here is the worst. Can’t seem to get a working printer. General rudeness is ridiculous. Always takes an hour or more to resolve any problem. Not as bad as BoA, but close.

Worst Td Bank I've ever been too. And I've been to many. Horrible customer service. Horrible understanding of each client. Ruined my day and made my life significantly harder. Don't bother with these people. To Bank itself is a good bank. Just this location is horrible. They should all be fired for not comprehending the 4words on their wall. America's Most convenient Bank. At this location its the worst bank

For a company that advertises itself as "America's Most Convenient Bank", their customer service is horrible. Have been a customer since Commerce days, easily 20 years as a client. I have had so many problems with online banking, promises made and not kept and sitting on hold with tech support that I have switched to an on-line bank. I suggest that the decision makers there try another bank and compare "customer service".

The sign in for the queue is always broken so you have to stand in line just to get added to the queue, then you have to wait your turn. Meanwhile there are bankers in the back that could help but do nothing while the line is backed up

I want to give 0 rating. This big institution employees have no sense of customer satisfaction. There is no training as to how they should treat their customers. Me and my husband visited this location and waited for 40 minutes to get attended, by that time the store was closing. There is no smile at representatives faces, no one approached asking why we were there, when we tried to make an eye contact they clearly ignored. Finally when it was time to close the bank one lady asked what we needed (I needed a safe deposit box) and she ask me whats the number. I told her I wanted a new one, she said very rudely 'Oh you don't have a deposit box, it will take time to open a new one and we are closing'. I tried to be polite and asked if she had any requirements list to open a new one.. all she said is ' they need an id'. Then we asked if we needed an account and she goes even rude ' Oh so you don't have an account' - Me thinking "Is it mandatory for people to have a TD account to live??? Surprised!! .. then she says 'you need an account'. I asked her back 'an Id and Account is all you need'?.. She says 'yes'. I could take no longer this kind of disrespect and walked out. Firstly, they wasted my time by not greeting and asking what I needed by which they could tell me earlier whether to come other day or if they needed more info. Secondly, the lady has no sense of shame and was very extremely rude. Thirdly, she was'nt ready to get a new customer by giving out a requirement list. This way you can run no business successfully for long.... I can never take an account with people who have such bad attitude. There is no free service, we are paying to get the service in which case, it has to be a good one.

My daughter just moved down to PA from NY and needed to open a student account for college. Dave, the customer service rep, was very helpful and informative. He gave my daughter great advise. I am very satisfied.

this place is the worst, i just witnessed a lady deposit $900 and the ATM machine ate her money and cancels the trans, an employee just tells her to call a number....this is on top of the 45 min wait for drive through because they have employees doing nothing in there; avoid at all costs

STEVEN ASHMAN and staff racially profile customers here at Springfield PA, very disgusting unprofessional behavior. Been banking with TD 15 yrs. I will never come here again.

TERRIBLE!!! Hours are horrible, and never anyone at the drive-in window. People are nice. But there is no way this is the "most convenient bank".
