PFFCU - Police and Fire Federal Credit Union Reviews

Sierra Nashay2Police and fire federal credit union is by far the worst credit union that I ever dealt with. I been with for over ten years. If it wasn't for the early direct deposit I would have been left. They drop me from the over draft protection in 2018 from something they claim that happen in 2010 without any warning. The amount was like 15 dollars or so that was paid back right away. When I was transferring to the over draft department the guy I spoke to was extremely rude and hostile. When I ask if I could have my over draft protection back he told me no that I could never be re-enrolled ever. They also went in my account multiple times. I was charged 1000s of dollars in over drafts fees since I was dropped from the over draft protection program. They used to be a good bank when I first joined within the last few years things changed. I don't know if they changed higher-ups but they are the absolute worst. The navy Federal credit union is way better. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. They need to work on there customers service skills. Whoever works in the collection department and the overdraft protection department needs to be retrained very rude. I did not have a great experience with this credit union by far the worst.

Michael Bucci5Remember back before everything moved to the web and international call centers, when you could call and talk to a local person and quickly get things figured out?? These guys still do it!! So refreshing.. Rates are good too. Sending all my business there from now on.

Corey Hume1I would not recommend this branch to anyone. I have banked with police and fire for years I recently relocated and had to start visiting this branch. Opened a credit card with them and in less than a year they have managed to screw up a PERFECT 10 YEAR credit history because of inaccurate information. I have tried to resolve the issue by going in the bank after two ppl staring at a computer screen looking puzzled here comes the if you call this number. And the people on the phone are the absolute worst rude and Inconsistent information and no resolution. Find another bank

Ebony Mullins5Some of the friendliest staff I've ever dealt with. And the wait time is beautiful because every time I go there there's no line. They have good interest rates on their credit cards and auto loans as well.

Kenney Oppel5Best credit union ever!! If there is ever an issue they take care of it and go above and beyond unlike regular banks. Here you are not just a number you are a member!! Will NEVER change to another CU!

Matt Lanzetta1If I could give less than 1 star I would. Had an interaction with Henry, the guy was the most disrespectful person I've ever met at a bank. We closed our accounts because this employee. Would not recommend this branch to anyone as long as Henry is still employed there.
Response from the ownerHi Matt - We'd like to learn more about the experience you had at our branch. Please call us at 215-931-0300 ext. 3165 and ask for Danielle. Thank you!

J. Stockton2The atm outside this location is never working. And when it is working, it’s with limited features. This is the third time I’ve drove over here after hours to make a crucial deposit and the machine spits my money back out. This Atm even looks newer, you’d think it works properly. Extremely frustrating!
Response from the ownerWe understand how frustrating this can be and are working to improve our ATM network to provide a better experience for our members.
