TD Bank Reviews

Nick Lu1This pretty much applies to every TD I've been to. Their turnover rate must be bad because nearly every time going there the person is new and clueless. They have trouble locating my accounts. Nearly every visit they need to involve a manager because they don't know what they are doing. One time I set up a security deposit account. Of course it was someone new and they did it completely wrong and listed my address as the property address. This is a big deal in MA, it needs to be done exactly right. Also if you ever have trouble logging in online, worst policies of any bank hands down. You will have to call, they will ask unanswerable questions and tell you to go to a branch, which sometimes isn't possible. Go elsewhere, literally anywhere but TD

Avtar Singh5I came in to cash a check. I didn't even know that my card had been frozen until one of the tellers mentioned it. The manager i believe who goes by lav took care of my card while the teller cashed my check for me! The customer service was amazing!

Lizz Allan2This branch is ALWAYS soooo slow... a transaction like getting quarters should take a matter of minutes, yet took 10mins even though no one in front of me!! PLUS to add insult to injury, I actually bank with them, and they would only ALLOW me $20 of quarters (I asked for $30!)!!! I mean.... if you can't get quarters from your own bank, WHERE are you supposed to get them from?!

Stephanie Bordeaux-Preston5Don’t normally read reviews on a bank but checked these before coming in and had low expectations. Greeted warmly by the teller and then spent about an hour with store manager Alex sorting out all the problems I’ve been having with TD. I’d given up. Walked in positive I was going to switch banks, walked out very happy.

Curtis Yu5Came on a Sunday—place was clean and spacious. The customer service rep Steven was friendly and funny. They let me stay 20 minutes pass closing time to wrap up the task. Wouldn’t have had time Mon-Fri to go, very thankful for the customer service!

Dr. Tonn (Dr. Tonn)1I have been a customer at this branch for over a decade and can honestly say that I have never had a good experience anytime I have to go inside this branch. I called yesterday to see what the process was for using their night-drop deposit box. I was told to go inside the branch to get a key for it. I went in the next day and waited 20 minutes to speak with customer service rep, who in the middle of working with me decided to go help some old white lady instead, while I sat at his desk and waited. Then, I had to go pay my meter because I didn't know it was going to take so long. When I got back, the rep told me that I actually didn't need a key. I could just make the drop anytime. They could have told me that on the phone to save me time and meter money. I'd put an angry emoji face here if I could...

tracy spencer1PLEASE DO NOT BANK HERE........ PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME... THIS BANK IS FULL OF UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES. This place is absolutely horrible. Me and my fiancé went into this bank and opened up a new account with representative Samantha. The young lady made a huge mistake and now on we are missing $400. We have called everybody that we possibly can and they all give us the runaround. We have the deposit slip As proof of our transaction with this young lady. But yet nothing has been resolved. Give a call Lynn on July 10th 2018 and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Gary this man had to be the rudest person I have ever dealt with in banking in my entire life. As we are trying to gain some insight to our account he became extremely rude started talking extremely loud on the phone and ultimately hung up the call. I would not advise that you bank with this location. This is not the proper representation of TD Bank.

Etta Wing5I went in to get a brochure and I couldn't find one. I had to ask the teller for one. He gave me a hard time and a dirty look. Only two people were working on this rainy Sunday. I was the only person in the bank. By the way they were out of brochures. I like this bank very very much. I have a sixty plus checking account with special benefits. Free safety box and a gift card.

Doris Romero1I’ve tried giving this branch a chance on multiple occasions but I am done with their employees! They are rude and unprofessional! This branch is conveniently located to my work but I can easily walk to the Winter Street Location and receive stellar customer service.
