  After a rude service by greeter at the Boylston street, Alex was very patient and helpful on a very unusual case. What a contrast from the greeter at 699 Boylston branch. I guess nowadays one must shop around within the same bank for proper service !

  I have been banking with Bank of America for several years now. I made an appointment with Cooper Kelly to meet at 9am and I get a call from him 50 minutes before the appointment telling me that he is "out of the office today and cannot make our appointment and if we can reschedule for next week". I cannot believe the unprofessionalism for him and this branch. I was looking to apply for a home loan but now I am reconsidering closing all of my accounts and finding a new bank. I was on my way when I heard the voice message. This is very upsetting to me.

  Very good branch!! Maria, Alex and Sam - all super polite and helpful :) everything went on very smoothly, and we got things done quickly. Will def recommend this boa center!!

  Two visits to the tellers at the branch have proven that there is a serious lack of training to the front line staff. The body language of welcome translates to "Do I really have to serve you? The "managers" are sadly promising customers what they cannot provide. Sad story of a business. Closing my account. Hoping to find a US bank that are trained to assist with customers needs in a helpful manner.

  I'm not sure why there are negative reviews for this branch. I have only had pleasant experiences here. Everyone is friendly and extremely helpful.

  The people that work here are very slow & pay a lack of attention to detail. If your looking to get in & out of a bank fast this is not the place.
