  Like another customer explained 4 months ago workers are sitting around doing nothing, it's despicable. 4 months later the workers are still picking through the lollipops while customers are standing there helpless as the workers converse about movies, friends and etc. Question, where is the brunch manager; probably among the chat group that continuously happens doing work hours...

  Ironic for me that TD has a tv commercial showing how they let a customer in the bank waaay after closing time. They shut the door in my face 10 seconds after letting in the person who I saw go in ahead of me. It was abot 40 seconds after 5pm. I had a transaction that I timed the next day at 45 seconds. Would give ZERO stars if I could.

  I don’t understand why they don’t have enough staff on so that the wait don’t be more then 45 mins. Especially during the holiday season. It really makes no sense that I’ve been waiting for two hours, there’s only two people that really can assist me and a bunch of empty desk

  Worst TD bank in the world. When I went to the 24 hour ATM they accepted my $150 in cash . Then the machine said they can't except cash and took my money all together. I am very upset and I would recommend that nobody ever comes here. And the penny machine NEVER WORKS.

  After new management, the service was phenomenal and the presentation of the branch became pleasantly cleaner. I'm grateful for the new manager working there since he has proven himself adequate enough for the job.

  Flatlands: worse service EVER in a word SLOW.. I go with my deposit slip filled out money ready send it in the Carrier and I time them.. they take forever.. I know the can do better bcuz When I go in Long Island In exactly 1 min.. I'm Done.. sometimes I have to press the button to remind them I'm waiting..

  People only spend the time to negative review, This flatland td bank, is small and convenient customer for got , TD employees they are human, this is a bank system, they try to do the best they can ,I came here to open a account and wait two hours, and I was so happy, when I get to customer service , respect, professionalism, smile all the attention, the only thing here u have to be ready to wait, like when u going to doctor appointment, yes emergency room, supermarkets line, cloth store, motor vehicle, Some restaurants.........annie thanks for service......

  Just raced here from another branch in Howard beach because it says they're open till 8pm, walked up to the door because drive thru has red lights, they told me they're closed. It's 740pm.

  The employee are terrible. There's a white girl that acts ghetto and she tries to talk ebonic. Employees are too slow and sometimes rude. Over all the wrost TD Bank I ever witness

  Horrible went there with my girlfriend they told her the wrong information, The workers dont do anything but sit around and wait for shifts to switch & lunch breaks to come then they had a fake security guard acting as if he worked there. I do not recommend going here for first time openers to much stress we literally sat there almost 2 hours. HORRIBLE
