Allison Mascis5The only reason I'm rating this bank a 5 is because of an employee named Spiros. He goes above and beyond to help. Unfortunately he left when he was the manager and was unable to be the manager again upon his return as that position was already filled. The current manager is a nasty individual that does not go above and beyond. In the best interest of all, they should make Spiros the manager once again.

Martin Moraleta1I was going to ask one of the people to withdraw money from my account but decided to call it off. I decided to go to the ATM to do it instead but had to get rid of my withdrawal slip first. I tried to ask one of the reps behind the desk and she was beyond rude to me. She told me "I am very busy right now, I can't take any customers right now." All I wanted to go was give the slip back to her, just 2 second. High quality customer service. Ultimately I decided to just leave, and take my business elsewhere. Don't come to the branch, ever.

Jon Venusti1Closes the doors 5-10 minutes early than advertised almost every day. Americas most convenient bank? More like most inconvenient. I’m walking in at 4:55 and they lock the door and tell me their closed. I’m done with this place. My next visit will be closing my accounts

Neil B1Hours posted online are a lie. They close earlier than Google and their website says. Corporate should do something about this because its unfair to the public. Don't waste your time going here at all. Highly unreliable and a waste of space.

Highlight Motors1Worst bank ever. Gotta say all the other banks are better you can actually walk inside without having a to have a smartphone to scan and wait outside for almost an hour while you have 2 people in front of you. Makes no sense. Businesses are all operating with face covering which is fine the only problem is this company seems to think that there only needs to be 1 or 2 customers inside the bank at 1 time makes no sense. I normally don't write reviews sorry for this long review. I've waited over an hour. I will be closing my account and going to Chase or Bank of America.

foxx_stam1My sister and I drove to this location, and used the drive-thru teller. A woman wearing a red shirt and green scrunchy was being unbelievably rude. I was blown away by the lack of politeness. She began speaking to my sister with an annoyed tone right off the bat. Not to mention the fact that she was unclear with her instructions and had us spend 20 minutes in the line. I’m not a regular customer there and now I never will be.

Lawrence K. Le Roy1Terrible. I went to get into my safe deposit box. I certainly understand that there are access restrictions because of the COVID-19 pandemic. I called the branch and was distinctly told that it was by appointment, (OK, fine) and I had to call the Customer Service 800# to make the appointment. I then called and was on hold for ONE HOUR only to be told that the branch had to make the appointment ! There was no explanation as to why I was told something different at the branch. SO they connected with the branch and I spoke to someone different and made the appointment. Having to make an appointment under current circumstances is understandable. Being blown off with misinformation by a branch employee and causing me to waste an hour of my time is something different.

Cierra Dennison1Terrible customer service atm ate my husbands card his check n all of his cash and instead of taking care of the issue they decided to wait until next day and then gave out false information. Management was never aware of the situation that happened and nor did she care after being acknowledged of the situtaion. Very unprofessional, people have bills to pay.

Los Gatos Auto Service1Horrible service. Samsung financing did nothing to help late fees. Paid balance up to date and told them to keep automatic $11.99 payment. Didn't set up automatic payments and let it accumulate. They did give me one month off of the three. Will never buy a Samsung product again.

Christina Cruz1Avoid if you can. This branch made multiple mistakes in a matter of a couple of weeks. First, they took out a deposit twice which was for a pretty significant amount. They were able to fix over the phone but still should never have happened. Then, a few weeks ago I went to change my name on my joint account due to a legal name change and they messed that up and changed the name on someone else's account and wouldn't change back unless we both showed up at the bank.
