  This location is so S L O W. ATMs NEVER seem to work. Drive thru has chairs blocking so only 1 lane is open. Absolutely pathetic!! Get it together TD!!

  TD bank is going down the crapper. It is a complete nightmare going thru the drive-thru. I have never seen such slow service. You will spend no less than 15-20 min just waiting to make a deposit, with one car in front of you. Then the new girl proceeds to help the car behind me after I have pulled in waiting . They pull out backwards and I am still sitting there. Don't waste your time!!!

  overloaded since TD decided to close the branch on Okeechobee rd , leaving only 1 TD branch in Ft. Pierce. there are DEFINITELY enough TD customers in Ft. Pierce to justify both branches ! TD ALSO closed the Lakewood park branch as well, so this is the ONLY TD branch without going all the way to Port St Lucie or Vero. ATM often OUT OF MONEY, or $50 bills, again directly related to TD closing TWO local branches, so if you DO NOT want a $50 bill, you have to go inside, stand in line "again" , to get smaller denominations for the $50, since most businesses will not accept $50 or $100 bills.

  TD Bank's 'legendary service," is anything but that. However, the tellers are always very helpful. Their fees are out of line and unnecessary, it's just another way to gouge customers. I was kept waiting for 12 minutes while the service representative (who knew I needed help) decorated a display balloon! They also mishandled a fraudulent attack on my account which cost me another fee. Don't expect much from their customer service team.

  TD Bank is probably the worst bank anyone can ever deal with. It all starts with the customer service. If you want your money to feel safe I recommend you go any place else. They are very rude at this location especially the guy with the man bun. I think his name is Nathan. Very rude and short. You are just a Social Security number nothing more. I will be filling a formal complaint as well with corporate. ** Update after contacting corporate, I was contacted by the bank manager. She worked hard to address my concerns and issues. I will have to give her credit. I first rated this branch a 1 star but moved it up 2 for addressing my concerns after reaching out.

  Staff cant get their policies straight. One week they allow me to exchange small bills for a few large bills without an account. Next week some large jerk doesn't. This guy didn't even offer to setup an account which I would have done. Lost a customer here. Older lady was really nice, younger bearded plus size guy wasn't.

  Beware, don’t sign a mortgage with a prepayment penalty. You might need to relocate, purchase a new home or just pay off early . It will cost you many thousands in unexpected dollars.

  Sat in the drive thru line for a few minutes. Very busy inside. Then out of nowhere. Did you happen to see the most beautiful girl in the world, well i did. She got the tellers attention, and my deposit was done in no time . Thanks to her.
