  This branch of the TD Bank is one of the best. The staff is friendly and efficient. Taylor went out of her way to help a young teenager open her first bank accounts. She opened a checking account and a savings account for her. She explained every aspect of both accounts, and patiently answered all her questions. It was a pleasant visit for a young girl who was nervous about this new experience.

  Steer clear, the customer service at this location is awful. If Kinnedy is at the Teller counter, turn around and come back a different day. I deposited “cash” at the location near where I was working intoy business account. It was a larger amount. Left and on the way home spoke with my husband and needed to then make a wire transfer which landed me at the Lexington location. Kinnedy put a hold on the funds as it was a new small business checking account. It was a cash deposit into my business account. There is 0 reasons why I couldn’t have access to my money and transfer it to my personal account. I’m the owner of both accounts and literally deposited it a few hours earlier. Extremely frustrating and there shouldn’t be a problem since it was cash. Kinnedy is that employee with an “ill” attitude and when you walk in you get a negative feeling not the local friendly experience you get at the other locations.

  Please stay away from the mortgage departmet!!! This is just my first step in formally complaining about TD Bank Mortgage department. If I could I would take this entire department to court and I'll explain you why. I just lost my house after a whole month of working so hard on providing TD Bank with all the requirements the asked me for. Why did I lost my home? Because the took forever to process my case and after 20 days they just switched my type of loan with no clear reason. I had to provide them with the same documentation two or three times, they won't answer my emails or calls, and no one would give me an explanation. They say: "if you're not receiving a legendary service please contact my manager", and then the manager doesn't answer any calls either. I've never seen such an incompetence and lack of ethics. I'm planning on leaving TD Bank bank for good and it's just for the terrible service I've received from this mortgage people. It's been a shame to do business with them so PLEASE from the bottom of my heart STAY AWAY. Thanks.

  Long ago TD bank bought out Carolina first. Though the staff here will do everything in their power to help you, the bank franchise itself is far from the most convenient bank. I've had several issues with TD and gave several ideas how they could actually be convenient. Perk here is the ATM is convenient long as you not trying to make a left turn out of the parking lot.

  It was really terrible. I needed to do a international wire transfer. A woman who was there I gave her a paper with all the information she needed but she didn’t enter fully in the box name of receiver and because of this my fund didn’t arrive. One more time she called me and wants to coming back to the bank for writing full name of receiver and I gave her that paper again and she wrote full name this time but didn’t write full address and when I asked her told me don’t need..... after 10 days when I figured out my fund didn’t arrive I went to the bank and they told me my fund sent back but $140 dropped out of my money due to currency and only reason was that the sender( bank’ staff) didn’t write fully the name of receiver and this time told me the box was small and they couldn’t put whole name in it.This was staff’s fault not me.. I wasted 10 days my time couldn’t do my work on time and I lost $140 for nothing ...just never and never trust them . They didn’t have training at all.....

  Everyone working in this branch is wonderful! Always helpful and friendly! Today was a horrendous rain around 4.20 pm and a gentleman(to my shame, I forgot to ask his name, but I remember he was wearing pink shirt), walked me to my car with an umbrella. I am very sorry I got him under the rain and his clothes got wet but you are such a gentleman, Sir! Thank you very much for a great customer service! Larisa.

  The manager of this bank, I think her name is Amy is not helpful at all. Also the 4.99 a month they try to charge people is ludicrous. Okay hours, but not worth the hassle of trying to change anything on your account.
