      This branch is a messed because of the branch manager ADA MELO. She will make your life impossible, You will even get to think you are doing something wrong, when you're not. I rather go to a different branch for any type of transaction because there; on Essex st, Lawrence, MA it is impossible to walk out happy. They will also make you wait at least 30 minutes every time, if you desire to speak to a personal banker. TD Bank should work a little better with customer relationships.

      Went to buy a roll of quarters and the tailer said that I need a bank account. Decided to call another TD bank they told me I don't need a bank account to buy a roll of quarters will never go back there again

      Please do never do business in this branch,, ,Ada Melo the manager in this location does not have nothing of human relations,,,It will discrimanate you espacially if you are DOMINICAN.. That manager does not deserve to be behind a desk and computer,, with that arrogant and disrespecful behavior TD BANK will lose a lot of old customers or clients,,,,

      Very slow tellers. Go to Methuen branches and it will take minute for a deposit unlike this branch. There are creepy strangers sitting in the lobby staring at you when you wait for deposits.

      I wish I could give a -0 but I can’t. Very bad customer service. Branch manager Ada Melo will definitely not help you at all. Try another branch!!! Trust me!!!

      Deposited $350 into my account and two minutes later when checking my account on my phone I see a $500 dollar withdrawal, I called the main bank and the manager said it was a mistake, yea ok like I really believe that.

      In a city with tons of people this branch only keeps one or two tellers open. I can see why everyone in line is frustrated, this branch is clearly understaffed.
