Francesca Howell3When I opened my account, the representative was awesome....but she no longer works there. This place is NOTHING like credit unions or other banks Ive been to. If you go out of town they will cut your card off with assumptions it cant be you.....and you have to go through a verification just to get to your funds while on vacation. No bank manager and staff doesnt properly explain policies without attitude. Wouldnt recommend this bank. Back to vystar it is!
