      Took him about 3 mins to come to the drive thru then took my things and it has been about 15 mins since he has came back to my window with my card and license

      Inconsistent customer service. TD Bank has long prided themselves on superior customer service. At this location, a manager may step in to help if they feel like it at one moment, and sit down to text during the next. Truly a feeling that if you aren't "regular" enough there or don't have at least five figures in your account, then you just really don't count.

      The supervisor on duty today did an absolutely amazing job answering our questions and concerns. She was very attentive at the same time helping her co workers and other customers. I wish I got her name but give that girl a raise!!!

      ATM is almost always out of service, drive up teller takes 10+ minutes I had to call and let them know because my id and card were sitting in the shoot forever. best feature is that debit cards are printed on sight

      I made a mobile deposit of a personal check into my business account. TD bank has placed a flag on it, stating they have a lot of fraud through their mobile app. They called the bank it was drawn on to verify the funds (according to Asst Manager, funds were available), then Asst Manager stated he had to verify with the endorser of the check that they actually wrote the check, however he then asked me for that persons phone number. I'm not giving anyone's phone number, so I reached out to the individual asking them to contact the Asst Manager to clear that up. This was done and verified to me by both the endorser and Asst Manager. In the middle of all this drama, I also spoke with the Manger who reiterated the same story. I met with the Manager today and he stated that they have no idea who was on the other end of the phone and the check will be held 11 days before being released. What is the difference if I gave them the number, how do they know who they were calling? The endorser thought it was odd, Asst Manager never even asked how much the check was. The same Asst manager first told me the check would be released Tuesday and to call him back if it was not. I believe now they are intentionally holding the check, because I was not accepting what appears to be odd business practices. They then withdrew the 200.00 they had already released from my account. I asked what the difference was from a mobile deposit, vs walking in with the same check. Response was it would have been deposited without a hold. Hmmmmm, it is the same check, just a picture, vs the real piece of paper.

      These people deposited my check and took the money back because they used the wrong routing number! Made my account negative and made me have to take a day out of work, make me look foolish when my card was declined and make me have to rearrange plans and appointments. Needless to say I’ll never bank with them again

      We came through the drive thru to make a deposit. The ATM was out of service as usual. We were the first car in line and we're waiting for 5minutes before another car showed up. Still hadn't been waited on. At 10minutes another car went to the lane. We called the teller and said we had been waiting. She told us she was the only person there and she would be with us in a moment. After 15minutes of waiting, both cars that arrived after us had already been serviced and we were still waiting. I'm very disappointed by this and will be transferring our accounts out.

      The place was extremely clean and the associates were extremely friendly. This has to be one of the cleanest, safest, confidential banks I've seen. They also print your card right on the stop unlike citizens bank.

      This bank is awful... and I mean TD Bank in general. I recently had to open a new account... so I figured I would try here. I deposited my work check 8 days ago and it still has not cleared. I have been calling since that day and they say it should be cleared the next day. Contacted this branch and asked to speak with the manager (he's busy) ok... so I they take my number and said he would call back. I call back 45 minutes later and he's still busy. It's now been two hours, the bank is now closed. AWFUL service. Really? 7 -10 business days for a check to clear? Once my funds become available (if they ever do) I'm taking my money and business elsewhere.......

      i love this bank. i hate all banks because they always whack you with tons of fees and they are just rotten in all ways. but td bank i have had for over 2 years maybe even longer and they are wonderful. i use this branch on atwood avenue all the time and the people there are so kind and my experience with them in every aspect is amazing. i would never consider any other bank. they have set a very high bar for other banks in my opinion.
