  Well apparently the people that are in there in person or more important than the person who is on the call I had customer service in the call with me even though I asked him to please hold for 2 seconds so I can pull up my account number they just hung up without hesitation as they were saying hi to another customer extremely unimpressed TD is very well hold and this is the first bank that I've ever had problems with

  Shredded my card the first time I used the atm, complained to the front desk associates and all they did was laugh to each other and told me my card was probably "fraudulent". Just got word multiple people are having this issue and they're doing Nothing to help stop it or warn people. Much better banks in the area with much friendlier people

  BANK RENTED OUT MY SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX WITHOUT TELLING ME! THEY CAN'T EVEN FIND A RECORD OF MY HAVING RENTED THE BOX EVEN THOUGH I WAS PAYING THEM ANNUALLY FOR IT! BANKS HAVE NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR WHAT HAPPENS AND THEY DO NOT INSURE THE CONTENTS OF YOUR BOX. IF THEY GET "LOST" YOU BETTER HAVE PHOTOS OF WHAT YOU PUT IN THERE BECAUSE YOU WILL NEED TO GO TO COURT TO GET ANY RECOVERY!!

  Lobby is always closed, they literally make senior citizens stand in the rain to use drive thru.
