  Went to this bank to cash my sons first job check he is 16 and did not have a ID But I had his social security card and birth certificate I had my ID. Both of our last names and address on check and my ID were the same the check was drawn off if TD bank the company has a account with them. They would not cash his check at first Rose Mary “the Manager” was not very helpful. I feel like we were discriminated against because of our color. It was just the look on her face and the way she didn’t even come to the car to apologize for not cashing his check at first. We had to go through all the hoops of calling the job to verify that he worked there it was just a mess. Then on top of that they still charged the 16 year old $10 to cash it. This bank here is full of mess. And I hope I never have to go back to this bank ever again. Rose Mary!!!!! You need to be a little more nicer!!!

  My husband has been without his Mac card for a month now. Working 6 days a week from 730 am until after 6pm. Commercial says if you are a few minutes late we will wait for you! Haha. He got there Friday at 4:04 pm. Someone outside waving everyone away. I spoke with someone at the bank and I had high hopes but she never returned his phone call.

  I understand things are so different in these days, that why I use ATM. But had no choice today so I got in line. The first window maybe that was a mistake. Well after 45 mins. YES 45 mins everyone behind me backed out plus one more in front of me. Drove by again a couple mins later still the same way My suggestion to you if the teller was having a issue come out and block the lane. No I I still have not completed my transaction.

  I know it is COVID-19 Pandemic, and everyone wants to get money by using Drive-Through , but to have 2 working employees to serve 5 drive- through lines! That’s insane! It took them 32 minutes to get into the window. It took the Agent another 12 minutes to process my deposit. It is 96F’ Degree outside. She knew that I was upset because of the waiting time but she did not care and kept smiling. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE . I am going to close my account asap. NOT RECOMMENDED, IGNORANT EMPLOYEES.

  Long wait, shortened hours. Really annoying that I now have to wait in line at the drive thru for thirty minutes. I'm in healthcare, and have been working during the pandemic. They are now long closed by the time I get done work. I came to this bank due to the hours they are open. I'll be leaving now that they are no longer convenient.

  Jonathan at the drive thru lane and Diana S (banking specialist, inside) have been pleasant to deal with. Having said that, I am much happier with Republic Bank (across the street from this branch location). Much better banking experience in my opinion. Not necessarily customer service treatment from staff is better over there (imo) but it's a better banking experience ie I can call their phone number and speak to an actual employee from their branch within couple of rings & NOT have to authenticate my credentials in some app ... annnnddd then call their phone number. This is an unnecessary step and friendly to the customers at all. Republic Bank's process is much more seamless and simpler (again imo). Apart from the employees mentioned here, this bank as a whole deserves ONE star.

  I mainly use the drive thru pretty much every week and receive excellent service. The few times that I went inside to either open accounts or get my paperwork notarized, I'd received great services as well. I love the convenient hours and location. Will keep coming back.

  Rude staff. My husband just called to see if this branch had GBP to exchange and the person who answered the phone told him to just come in because she was too busy to check. Obviously we called before hand to make sure it was in stock so we wouldn't waste our time driving there if there wasn't any available. A quick call to another branch assured us that they had it in stock, so we will be doing our business there with a much friendlier staff.

  This Branch is never open on time. Today I waited for the drive thru to open 22 minutes after 9 it opened. Sign says 9am. People have things to do. Needs NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!

  i want to get my debit card but this dumb system made me wait in my car for 50 minutes! I didn’t even end up getting it because it was a ridiculous wait.
