  This PNC BANK Location charged me a 5% Service fee to cash a check drawn on PNC account (Amerihealth check) because I don’t have a PNC ACCOUNT!?!? They don’t have to worry about me becoming a PNC customer after ripping me off like this: Charging me $10 like a cheap check cashing operation hurt and has me dumbfounded and I won’t forget it.

  This is the worst bank ever! Do not get an account with them. Your account will constantly be hacked and your money will be taken. This happens all the time and this bank takes their time giving you your money back. This is a dinosaur bank! Run, don’t walk away from it! This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a bank. If you have an account with them, close it immediately!

  This specific branch is the only location my husband & I visit each year to cash out income tax check at. The people are so friendly & answer any question you might have. The crew is awesome!

  Worst bank to deal with. Constantly provides incorrect information causing millions in lost revenue. Go with a better managed bank for your small and medium busines needs. Unable to manage basic things and lack followup. Total amateur hour.
