  I called today to see if they can send my card in mailbox since I am working evey day for 12hours.Lady was so rude, screaming at me that i dont need my card because i dont have time to pick it up. Last week when I called, the other lady answered and she was very polite and nice. I dont know whats going on.

  Horrible customer service experience today Saturday 10/30/2021 at the TD Bank, 326 Mount Hope Ave, Dover, NJ. While waiting for about 10 minutes at the drive through lane with a green light for about 10 minutes just before closing time at 1:00, the very rude and awkward male bank teller at the window stated they were closed for the day as I pulled up to the window after waiting in line for 10 minutes. A customer in the lane next to me spoke up and told the teller that I had already been waiting in line for a while, and I spoke up as well stating I had been in line for 10 minutes. I was finally allowed to send my deposit through, as a female bank teller took over my transaction. Very poor customer service at this location.

  This bank has a currency counting machine that needs to be replaced. I advise every customer to double count your money. I wonder how many times you made this mistake and customers never realized? Teller gave me the wrong amount and acted as if nothing was wrong. Teller did apologize and was only following what the currency counting machine showed. $2000 short!!!!! It also happened to my wife. Again $2000 short.

  Staff was always quick to help, I’ve had papers notarized, multiple bank accounts and never a issue. Most accounts only require $100 to avoid fees which is lower then most competitive banks. This bank is great for everyone no matter what there financial status is. I felt the need to review this branch bc they have low ratings from people that let there account run into the negative and then blame the branch for there own actions

  Website and signs all over the bank location clearly state the bank opens at 8:30am. Why are employees (not just 1) showing up AFTER 8:30? Transactions and walk-ins welcomed at 8:45? C’mon- this is the easy stuff. Be open and ready on time.

  I'm a long time TD/Commerce Bank customer. Heard the interest rates were going up, but not on my type of MM account. It took me repeated phone calls over a period of four days to have my account changed to get the higher interest rate. Rockaway store staff can not be relied upon to follow up. You need to call, and call, and call if you want any service. It would have been easier to withdraw all my money and bank elsewhere. I also have a MM account an on-line bank, where they value existing customers and automatically increase rates without a special request.

  The nerve on this bank to think us customers are idiots. I think we have all figured out that the "free" TD Bank pens are designed as skinny fat twigs of green plastic junk so depositors leave them behind. I remember the good ole days of depositing my $25 checks and walking out with a beautiful, long lasting pen. But TD had to get clever on us in order to boost margins. On second thought, this is a consequence of the Fed keeping rates low forever. Mr. Trump , I can't believe you want the Fed to lower rates! You want a higher stock market but we really want nicer pens out of TD Bank!

  Slowest bank. Never enough tellers. Got yelled at for going through drive through trying to deposit too many checks. Huh?

  What a great bank with great customer service. Lydia the branch manager is always available and ready to help. The bank tellers are always so friendly and professional especially Sean.

  Worst bank to have a checking account with. They don't update your online banking available balance and reorder your debit transactions (posting larger dollar transactions against your account before smaller, even if the larger transactions occurred AFTER the smaller transactions, lowering your balance quicker and creating $35 overdraft fees). They have charged me over $175 in overdraft fees per day when my online banking balance showed sufficient funds. This company preys on it's customers. If you have an account with TD Bank or you are contemplating opening an account with TD Bank, PUT YOUR SHOES ON AND RUN.
