Got You-Bxtch1Its sad to say that most places that have a staff a color treat other people with color so poorly. Eric is one of the workers / tellers at TD Bank. He is very rude and sarcastic. It was a displeasure meeting with him today, I had to request to be helped my his supervisor. His customer service was poor, he put another customers needs before mine in the beginning . And when I told him about his sarcasm he was rude. I will NEVER be visiting this GHETTO janky location again. The people here are just rude !

E Kossick2March 12, 2022, (Saturday) I set up a domestic wire transfer to my Attorney and was told that it would be there Monday the 14th or Tuesday the 15th - as of March 18th, Friday, the beneficiary still had NOT received the funds! I was told I had to come down to the bank and do it again 😟. I immediately took the bus to the branch & by 2:00 pm the branch manager had found out that that a new wire could not be ordered - the March 12th wire couldn’t nearly the amended it had to be investigated; How much investigation was required to verify there was a digit missing in the beneficiaries account number! Today is March 23rd & my Atty still does NOT have the funds 😖 Plus I had to insist on the $30 fee being refunded.

kierre jefferson1This bank has the slowest drive thru service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been sitting here trapped in the drive thru for 30+ minutes with a single car in front of me! I’m pretty sure I can post another review in 15 minutes still here!

Customer service line only!!.I have no issues and my waiting don't be long. inside I usually wait for about two or more people to finish @ the front desk. Will agree. Drive throw ATM Badly designed. And some times ONLY 1 ATM INSIDE IS AVAILABLE. Other then that. I love the customer service. I don't understand why people complain and they rate this as one or two Stars this is not welfare that's the worst service ever. Try Marcy and 125 st. TD Bank. And then you will know how to really rate this Bank. I come to this bank once a month and to be honest I only waited on line with like 3 to 4 people in front of me and I still didn't wait over no damn hour or half an hour so when people below me comment 1 star rating I'm pretty sure they are unsatisfied with any other service that they ever received from any other place these are people that just know how to complain and not see the real big picture.

No one in line and I'm sitting in the drive thru teller, a clearly big car in a huge plate glass window - not ONE of the tellers turned their heads for over 10 minutes!! I stayed parked there, just waiting for someone to do their job. Eventually, someone stopped schmoozing, and came over and (besides the fact that they would barely speak into the mic so you couldn't hear them anyways) said can I help you? Just no attention to customer service at all. Shame.

Dee Dee1I’m surprised by these good reviews. This location IS THE WORST. The manager is a despicable human being. I went there one day becuz I had an issue with the ATM, instead of helping me he referred me to cstmr service. Then he went back and told my relative (he didn’t know we are related) at the branch that “this customer is a weirdo she was here the other day). What kind of manager is that. The same manager with dreads. He’s awful, every time he’s at the branch , he’s arguing with customers. His inability to help his customers as a manager is revolting.
