  Nice clean place with polite and friendly staff. There are few ATMs inside, no lines at the lunch time. Would definitely recommend if you need TD Bank office visit.

  Got my wallet stolen. I was able to verify all my information and I brought a photo copy of my iD, social security card, and drivers license. I was able to get through TSA with this info. They basically told me to starve until I get my new license from the DMV. “America’s most convenient bank”

  Visited this TD Bank branch in last 2 months, every time I ask to cash out $100 bills, they would tell you they don't have hundred dollar bills... Then one time a lady next to me was telling me that she was depositing hundred dollars bills and I just need to wait for the teller to finish up the depositing... Then a manager stepped out and gave a sign to my teller. At that moment I understood they are not giving out hundred dollar bills on purpose.... But why?

  I signed up for a new account a few days ago online and needed to make a deposit in a couple of days. I visited the TD bank on Fulton street near South Street seaport. I was met by an assistant manager who in my opinion was extremely rude. Her demeanor was not welcoming being a new customer; not really understanding what my next step was. I deposited a total of $925 cash. The next day when I checked my balances my accounts were 0 balances. I immediately called customer service and that was no help. They alerted me there were no transactions on my account and no money was deposited. I later re visited the branch where I deposited the money. One woman said that she opened an investigation. As a new customer how much of a negative impression can a bank give a customer not to mention loosing all their money. I have banked with other banks and by far this is the worse I have ever experience. And the woman who took care of me on my visit, this assistant manager under value what TD bank stands for. As a manager myself this branch desperately needs to reshuffle the staff. I wish I can give a negative star on my review.

  Overall, I really dislike this bank with a passion. Inconvenient, charges fees when and how they feel like it. Impossible to do anything if you’re out of the country or the state.

  Horrible waited over 1 hr for notary, went to ups few blocks away got it done in 5 mins, will never come back

  Was rushing to a softball game and Maggie was able to help me get in and out quickly. She was extremely friendly and helpful, will definitely be returning!

  Terrible branch. To close an account takes a miracle
