Steve Mas1Another very poor example of good customer service at a TD Store . Unfortunately this time it was my own neighborhood TD. At about 2:25 on 12/1/19, my elderly mother and I walked into the South Boston TD branch located at the corner of D st and W. Broadway to have documents notarized. On the way to see the person in the office with glass walls we were stopped in our tracks by a girl at the teller counter who insisted we "must stop at her counter location before speaking to the girl in the glass office", [Assistant Manager Jennifer Y. Zhang] In an attempt to keep this post short, I was extremely annoyed by the comet, it was abrupt and very disturbing. I have been banking at this branch for a number of years without having to deal with aggressive and unprofessional TD staff. Note: My experience at this store has always been exceptional until this day. The distinct difference that I noticed on this day was TD upper management relocated the highly respectable and highly qualified Clayton Rogers Assistant Vice President, and Store Manager who they replaced with a no good, unprofessional Assistant Manager, prompting this unpleasant and unfortunate review. If customer service is a concern to THE TD BOARD OF DIRECTORS then please note, both Assistant Manager Jennifer Y. Zhang and the individual behind the counter failed to do their job and deserve to be demoted or transferred out to another store. I will be closing my accounts and bring my business elsewhere. Customers expect and deserve a high degree of professionalism and courteous service every time they step into a TD store, which I did not receive on this day. "The Bank Where People Make the Difference." I welcome a response from TD MANAGEMENT.

Chris Fitzpatrick5TD bank continues to adapt and evolve in these rapidly changing times which I love to see. The employees at this location are some of the most sincere and kind people I have ever come across in a branch setting.

Eric Dyke5Holly quickly walked through all the information on the new account to make sure it was correct. She got the new card set up, helped check that it worked at the atm and made sure the mobile deposit worked too. Even the check used to test the mobile deposit and atm deposit was fun and silly. This location is bright, convenient and has ample parking in the city. First impressions are often tough and this bank branch passed with flying colors.

Tamarah Wilson5Briefly stopped in on a lunch break to run to the ATM - entire staff was courteous. Everyone smiling, friendly atmosphere - very polite, open to assisting with any questions. (Small downside, there is not an ATM outside unless going to the drive through)

Brandon Shiels1Waited 10 minutes and then the one teller working said she was leaving. Took 5 minutes for a new teller to come. Then the teller wouldn’t get me a new debit card or review a fee that I had gotten because the line was so long. Seriously considering closing my account.

Ashley Tenczar Curran4The distance of TD Bank ATMs that are full service is regrettable. Since I review places based on handicap accessibility, I can say that this is definitely a bank where we handicapped and mobility-impaired can easily do their banking. But having to drive 15 minutes in Boston just to be able to deposit cash is so wrong, and the ones that have ATMs in the Walgreens are not full service, you can only withdraw money.
