  I cannot understand why customers would bring their business to this place. The customer service has twice out of two times been slow as molasses, because of understaffing. (Today I waited more than 50 minutes.) I'm so glad I bank at a credit union. They have no wait, very few fees, AND a public bathroom, which ironically, only becomes necessary only in a place with long waits like TD Bank, where there is none. The customer service itself was wonderful, sweet, helpful, knowledgeable.

  I love this bank. can't complain!!! Very friendly people .they know my boss very well so I opened up an account here. I was pregnant this year and as I got bigger and bigger when they had a line they would tell me to sit and they would call me when it was my turn.

  Inconsiderate, customers aren’t important to them, refuse to take phone calls, say they’ll call back and never do, apparently do not carry direct deposit forms (had to drive out to Port Jervis for one after one of those tellers stole $100 and they didn’t reimburse me after the most half assed investigation I’ve ever seen). America’s most inconvenient bank

  I will never return to this bank the teller to the afternoon MANAGER are rude and unprofessional. There is no communications. The manager all she was doing was gossiping with the drive through teller instead of focusing on her customers.

  TD Bank is my favorite Bank, staff very helpful and nice. They're open 7 days a week which is a good thing, I would recommend TD Bank to anyone

  Worst Service In history. Even Wells Fargo is easier and more accommodating and that's a stretch.

  Customer service here sucks ... was told to speak to a personal banker to close a account but when I went another branch was able to close it at the teller window .. I dread going to this branch only reason I go is because it’s the closest one to me ... they need new training on common customer service ..
